All employers are required to have a discretionary policy and if a copy has been supplied to us it’s linked to below, if we don’t have a copy you would need to contact your employer directly to get a copy of the policy.

If you’re employed by a school within Southwark that hasn’t converted to academy status (or is a free school) you need to refer to the London Borough of Southwark policy.
